A Tantempleton Signature Evening

The Ultimate London Theatre Experiences

West End curtain-up, Michelin-starred dining, and a five-star stay for six couples — in London, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

The Invitation

We are delighted to create your invitation

Group sizes start at six couples. We build a full evening around whichever uplifting show suits the group — cocktails, a Michelin-starred dinner, an evening of theatre, and a night that carries on long after the curtain falls, with an overnight stay at one of our partner hotels. The same evening runs in London, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.

The experience commences with check-in early afternoon, with a mid-afternoon rendezvous for the cocktail class, followed by a pre-theatre dinner and an onward transfer to your private hospitality suite at the theatre. Where we can, we bring the group in through a private entrance and along the Victorian corridors to an exclusive reception room — leave your coats and bags there, and it's a few short steps to the best seats in the house, with more champagne poured during the interval.

Our evenings cover all the major shows in the West End — though with enough advance notice, we can build a night around almost anything currently playing, in any of the three cities.

Choosing Your Hotel

Where You’ll Rest Your Head

The hotel changes the shape of the evening as much as the show does. We work with a handful of the finest in each city — which one we book depends on your group, the theatre, and the occasion.

Where The Night Continues

After The Curtain

The evening doesn’t end at the curtain call. In London it can go a few different ways — cocktails and small plates with dancing, live jazz, clubbing high above the city, or a private table beside the DJ at Ministry of Sound. Two firm favourites with our guests:

Sketch Mayfair

A reserved table in the Parlour at Sketch — a Georgian townhouse turned into one of London’s most sophisticated nightclubs — for small plates from the Michelin three-star kitchen, cocktails made to order, and dancing into the small hours. Surreal, high-fashion, and a little eccentric.

The colourful gallery corridor at Sketch, London Sketch Mayfair

Scarfes Bar, Rosewood

A reserved table for live jazz beneath Gerald Scarfe’s own artwork — the caricaturist’s collection lines the marble walls of what he calls “my personal art gallery.” Regulars Kitty La Roar, Nick Shankland and trumpeter Andy Davies keep the room going long after the curtain falls.

In Edinburgh and Glasgow, the cast themselves sometimes join us after the show, at spots like the Playhouse’s own Mezzanine or the Blue Dog Jazz Club.

Good To Know

For the Evening

Dress code

There’s no dress code at any of our partner hotels, the theatres, Sketch or Scarfes Bar, though we recommend smart casual attire for gentlemen — and something for the weather, whatever the season.

Dietary requirements

Any special dietary requirements, for medical or religious reasons, are best flagged as early as possible so we can advise the chef and prepare suitable alternatives.

Getting there

Full addresses for every partner hotel are listed above — each sits centrally in its city, with directions confirmed alongside your itinerary.

Our Philosophy

“Value People”

Care is most honest in the details: good bread on the table, linen chosen as carefully as the wine, attentive people looking after you and your group well throughout.

Our evenings feel considered. A quiet way to show people you value them and the ones they care for.

Tell us whether you’re entertaining customers or recognising your own team, and we’ll recommend the arrangement that tends to suit best — built from thirty years of getting this right.
